An unforgettable experience out in the desert. All the desert activities rolled into one amazing trip that is fun for all the family from start to finish. A 2 hour quad safari followed by a camel safari and then onto the Bedouin tent activities of tea and shisha pipes followed by four exceptional shows and a great evening meal. A lesson in local Bedouin bread making and then the finale of the Star gazing. This trip is not to be missed.

Highlights

What You Can Expect

One of our most popular activities for all ages. The trip starts with a collection from all Sharm hotels at around 2.30pm when you will be taken to our desert center to collect you quad ready for the quad safari. This experience allows for single riders or if there are children or guests who do not wish to drive in your group then the quads can be driven with two passengers (double). A full safety briefing will be given along with crash helmets before you set of on the 2 hour safari through the Naama desert. During this trip you will stop of at echo valley for a few minutes to extend your vocal chords and listen to the fascinating echoes around the valley's. Then of to carve up some more desert and dunes before your stop at "Ali's tent" for a short rest and a cup of local Bedouin tea. Then a final trip around the mountains and across the desert plain back to the quad center, where you can freshen up ready for the next phase of this epic adventure. A transfer vehicle will be waiting to take you to Sheik Hussain's private Bedouin tent. Here you will start the entertainment with a short camel ride around the area, just long enough to get the feel for what it is like atop a camel, the ships of the desert. Then into the tent where a fresh cool bottle of water will be waiting for you along with some Bedouin tea and shisha pipes if required. Then the start of the evening entertainment, a Nubian dancing show followed by the African dancing show that includes some nice audience participation. Then a break for the evening meal consisting of chicken, kofta, rice, pasta, potatoes, salads, garnishes and Bedouin bread and of course soft drinks. On with the shows again and this time it is the turn of the Tanoura spinning skirt and then onto the finale the Fire dancers!!! When the shows are complete you will have a lesson in making and baking the local Bedouin bread over the open fire, a great little exercise for the would be cooks amongst you all. Then for the finale, the star gazing. The largest telescopes in Egypt await you and your camera!! Your astronomer will be showing you what is about in the night sky and what you are able to see through the telescopes that evening. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like. Assistance is given to take photographs through the telescopes. Then it is back on to your waiting transfer vehicle and back to the hotel in air conditioned comfort. Our guides are with you every step of the way so if you need any assistance on anything at all we are always on hand.
